Booking Cancellation Policy
Cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to the full value of the service. Rescheduling within 3 to 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a $35 fee. Rescheduling less than 3 hours before your appointment (to a different day) will be subject to a fee equal to the full value of the service. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
