Membership Terms

At SoliVana Wellness Spa, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive memberships that offer continuous wellness benefits tailored to your needs. We offer two distinct types of memberships:

• Regular Memberships: Receive two (2) service credits each month.
• Daily Memberships: Receive thirty (30) service credits each month.

Credit Accumulation and Usage:

• Accumulation: Regular members can accumulate unused credits for up to three months. Credits for Daily memberships expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.
• Sharing: Members may share their service credits with friends or family, enhancing the flexibility of their wellness benefits.
• Conversion to Gift Certificates: Regular members can convert accumulated credits into gift certificates. This option is not available for Daily memberships.

Membership Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation Requirements: To cancel a membership, a 30-day written notice must be provided, detailing valid reasons for cancellation. Cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Early Termination: If a membership is cancelled before the 12-month commitment period ends, any unused credits will be forfeited immediately. These credits cannot be converted into gift certificates or refunded.
• Early Cancellation Fee: An early cancellation fee of $100 may apply if a membership is terminated before the completion of the 12-month period, covering administrative costs incurred by early termination.
• Promotional or Founders Memberships: Cancellation of these memberships results in immediate forfeiture of all accumulated credits. No refunds or gift certificate conversions are provided under these circumstances.

General Conditions:

• Memberships are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in these terms.
• SoliVana Wellness Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership offerings at any time, with proper notice provided to members at least 30 days prior to any changes.
• Changes to membership terms or fees will be communicated to members within the required notice period.
