Arrive at Solivana
Find us at 1922 El Camino Real in Redwood City. Allow time for intake, changing and any showering before your session.

Get comfortable
Staff explain your experience and answer your questions. Float and Fire & Ice have private suites; the communal salt room may be shared.

Begin your experience
Float and red light are enjoyed naked. For Fire & Ice, we encourage going naked, or bring a swimsuit or athletic wear; towels are provided. Salt Room and all other experiences are fully clothed.

Visiting Solivana
Before you come
Do I need to book before I come?
We recommend booking ahead so you can choose your experience and time. Book online, or call/text us at 650-564-4325 and we’ll help you arrange your visit.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free street parking and nearby lots are available. You’ll find us at 1922 El Camino Real in Redwood City.
Can I float if I recently dyed my hair?
Please wait at least three weeks after coloring your hair before floating. Fresh color can bleed or fade in the salt water. If color still runs when you rinse, wait a little longer.
What should I bring or wear?
Float and red light are enjoyed naked. For Fire & Ice, we encourage going naked, or bring a swimsuit or athletic wear; towels are provided. Salt Room and all other experiences are fully clothed. For floats, we also provide slippers, a robe, shower products and earplugs.
Will I feel claustrophobic in the float pod?
Our pods are approximately 8 feet long and 6 feet wide. You control the lighting and music. If enclosed spaces concern you, speak with our team before booking.
Can I use HSA/FSA?
Many guests use HSA/FSA cards for our services. Check with your plan administrator before your visit, as coverage varies by provider.
