Return / Cancellation Policy
At SoliVana Wellness Spa, we aim to provide you with exceptional wellness experiences and services. We understand that plans can change, and we want to make your experience as flexible and enjoyable as possible. Please review our Return / Cancellation Policy below:
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your wellness session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice to avoid any fees. Special events require additional commitment due to limited capacity and practitioner scheduling and require at least 5 days notice for cancellation for a full refund.
• Cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to the full value of the service.
• Rescheduling within 3 to 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a $35 fee.
• Rescheduling less than 3 hours before your appointment (to a different day) will be subject to a fee equal to the full value of the service.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled appointments. No late arrivals will be available for classes, and you will be charged full class fee.
Gift Card Purchases: Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Gift cards have no expiration date and can be used at your convenience.
Retail Product Returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused retail products within 14 days of purchase. Returns are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Membership and Package Purchases: Membership and package purchases are non-refundable but are transferable. Extensions and adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Service Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Event and Workshop Reservations: Practitioner lead event and workshop reservations require a full payment to hold your spot. Cancel/reschedule at least 5 days prior. Late cancellations/no-shows forfeit payment.
Transfers: If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to another person (with advance notice), as long as the event is not sold as non-transferable and the replacement attendee agrees to any event terms.
