Section 01
Membership Tiers & Credits
SoliVana offers four membership tiers — Club 3, Club 5, Club Duo, and Club SoliVana — each providing a monthly allotment of service credits usable across our full suite of therapies.
Credit Allocation
Credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle and are valid for that month only. The number and type of credits depends on your membership tier.
No Rollover
Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. We encourage members to use their credits each month.
Non-Transferable
Membership credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared with friends or family. Memberships are issued to the individual member only.
Non-Refundable
Credits are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
Section 02
Appointments: Booking & Cancellation
We require at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled or missed without adequate notice will result in the credit being forfeited.
More than 24 hours' notice
No fee. Credit is returned to your account.
Rescheduling 3–24 hours before
A $35 rescheduling fee will apply.
Cancellation or rescheduling under 3 hours
A fee equal to the full value of the service will apply. The credit will be forfeited.
No-Show
Failure to appear without notice results in the full session credit being forfeited.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
Section 03
Commitment, Pausing & Cancellation
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. After this period, memberships renew automatically on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
3-Month Minimum Commitment
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. Cancellation is not available during this initial period.
Cancellation After Commitment
After the 3-month period, you may cancel at any time with no penalty fee. Unused credits are forfeited immediately upon cancellation.
Early Termination
Cancelling before the 3-month commitment period ends will incur a one-time administrative fee of $150. All unused credits will be forfeited immediately.
Membership Pause
Members may pause their membership for one 30-day period per calendar year. To request a pause, call or text 650-564-4325. Pauses are not available during the 3-month commitment period.
How to Cancel
To cancel your membership, contact us by phone or text at 650-564-4325 or email solivana@podium.email with at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date.
Section 04
Billing & Renewals
Automatic Renewal
After the initial 3-month commitment, your membership automatically renews monthly on your billing date unless cancelled.
Non-Refundable
Membership fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in these terms.
Policy Changes
SoliVana reserves the right to modify membership terms or pricing at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any material changes.
Section 05
General Terms & Conditions
Assumption of Risk: Members acknowledge and assume the risks associated with participation in wellness services and release SoliVana Wellness Spa from liability, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The venue for any legal proceedings shall be San Mateo County, California.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute relating to your membership shall first be submitted to mediation. If unresolved, it will proceed to binding arbitration. By joining, members waive the right to a jury trial.
Severability: If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement: These terms supersede any promotional offers, advertisements, or verbal representations made prior to membership enrollment.

Your Agreement
By subscribing to a SoliVana Wellness Spa membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this document. You commit to the 3-month minimum period and agree to the credit, cancellation, and billing policies described above.
