1.Membership Tiers & Credit

Membership Tiers

At SoliVana Wellness Spa, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive memberships that offer continuous wellness benefits tailored to your needs. We offer two distinct types of memberships:

  • Tier 1 Membership (Bi-Monthly): Receive two (2) service credits per month, billed every two weeks.
  • Tier 2 Membership (Weekly): Receive four (4) service credits per month, billed weekly.

 

Credit Usage Policy

  • Rollover: As an active member, your unused credits automatically roll over for up to three (3) months
  • Sharing: You are welcome to share your credits with friends or family, but credits are non-refundable.
  • Expiration: All unused credits will permanently expire if not used within their three (3) month rollover period.

 

2. Appointments: Booking & Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee.
  • 3 to 24 hours’ notice: A $35 fee will apply.
  • Less than 3 hours’ notice: A fee equal to the full value of the service will apply.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee equal to the full value of the service.
  • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice is considered a cancellation and will be charged the full session fee.

 

Late Arrivals

  • To ensure our other members are not delayed, late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

 

3. Your Membership: Commitment & Cancellation

Membership Cancellation Policy:

  • The 6-Month Commitment: All memberships require a minimum six (6) month minimum commitment.. 
  • Cancelling After Your Commitment: After the initial six-month commitment period, the membership may be cancelled at any time without a penalty fee. Upon cancellation, any unused credits will be forfeited immediately. This policy applies to all membership types, including promotional or founders memberships.
  • Cancelling Before Your Commitment Ends: If a membership is terminated before the completion of the initial six (6) month commitment period, a one-time administrative fee of $150 will apply. All unused credits will also be forfeited immediately. This policy applies to all membership types. 
  • Promotional or Founders Memberships: Cancellation of these memberships results in immediate forfeiture of all accumulated credits. No refunds or gift certificate conversions are provided under these circumstances. 

 

4. General Terms & Conditions

Policy & Term Modifications

  • These terms supersede any promotional offers, advertisements, or verbal representations.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue membership offerings, terms, or fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members with advance notice.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

 

Billing, Renewals & Refunds

  • Following the initial 6-month commitment, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled. We will provide clear renewal notices and cancellation instructions.
  • Memberships are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in these terms.

 

Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Members acknowledge and assume the risks associated with participation in wellness services and release SoliVana Wellness Spa from liability, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. The venue for any legal proceedings shall be San Mateo County, California.
  • Any dispute relating to your membership shall first be submitted to mediation. If unresolved, it will be submitted to binding arbitration.
  • By joining, members waive the right to a jury trial.
 
5. Your Agreement

By subscribing to a SoliVana Wellness Spa membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.
