Membership Terms
At SoliVana Wellness Spa, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive memberships that offer continuous wellness benefits tailored to your needs. We offer two distinct types of memberships:
- Bi-Monthly Memberships: Receive two (2) service credits each month, billed bi-monthly.
- Weekly Memberships: Receive four (4) service credits each month, billed weekly.
Credit Accumulation and Usage:
- Accumulation: Unused credits rollover for 3 months as long as the membership is active.
- Sharing: Members may share their service credits with friends or family, enhancing the flexibility of their wellness benefits.
Membership Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation: Once the commitment period ends, the membership can be cancelled at will.
- Credits at Cancellation: If a membership is cancelled, any unused credits will be forfeited immediately.
- Early Cancellation Fee: An early cancellation fee of $150 will apply if a membership is terminated before the completion of the commitment period, covering administrative costs incurred by early termination.
- Promotional or Founders Memberships: Cancellation of these memberships results in immediate forfeiture of all accumulated credits. No refunds or gift certificate conversions are provided under these circumstances.
General Conditions:
- Memberships are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in these terms.
- SoliVana Wellness Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership offerings at any time, with proper notice provided to members at least 30 days prior to any changes.
- Changes to membership terms or fees will be communicated to members within the required notice period.
