I have floated before, but SoliVana has done upgrades and improvements over the past float business. I went in on Friday, worn out from a long week. I first sat in the sauna and tried the infra-red therapy and then moved on to a float pod. I left an entirely new person. Relaxed, happy, at peace and best of all - the knee that's been bothering me for over a month is almost completely pain free. A beautiful spot, definitely give them a try. The setup of Solivana is both relaxing and rejuvenating. I love coming to float whenever I am struggling with physical pain or just need a breather away from everyday life. Guests are given the steps on what to do before & after floating and the essentials that you need are provided for you. The entire spa's equipment and set up with the different rooms (i.e. sensory deprivation tanks, infrared sauna & cold plunge, halotherapy salt room, etc.) is high quality and well worth the money. The spa was clean and quiet, and using the float chamber was very straightforward. 60 minutes later my mind and body were very relaxed. It was a very nice complement to my meditation practice, and I was pleasantly surprised how much it alleviated some muscle soreness I was experiencing from jiu jitsu training.Natasha was very kind and walked me through some of the other services offered at the spa.
