Our Commitment
Welcoming All Guests

At SoliVana Wellness, we are proud to welcome all guests — including those with disabilities — in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act. Our goal is to make every person feel seen, supported, and comfortable during their visit.

Service Animals
Service Dog Policy

Service dogs are welcome throughout our spa. We ask that guests notify us in advance so we can ensure the safest, most comfortable experience for everyone.

Service Dogs Welcome
Trained service dogs as defined by the ADA are welcome in all areas of the spa, including reception, waiting areas, and treatment rooms.
Sensitive Equipment Areas
Some treatment rooms contain sensitive wellness equipment. We may need to make special arrangements for certain services to ensure both guest and animal comfort and safety. Please let us know which treatment you are booking so we can plan ahead.
Advance Notice Appreciated
Because many of our guests visit SoliVana seeking respiratory, immune, or allergy support, we ask that guests bringing a service dog let us know when scheduling so we can make any necessary accommodations in advance.

Please Note: Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted in treatment areas. Only individually trained service dogs performing specific tasks for a person with a disability qualify under ADA guidelines.

Our facility at 1922 El Camino Real, Redwood City is accessible to guests with mobility needs. Please contact us in advance if you require specific accommodations upon arrival.
Treatment Room Accommodations
We will work with you to identify the right therapies and room setup based on your individual needs. Not all treatments may be suitable for all mobility levels — our team will advise you accordingly.
Communication Assistance
We provide communication support for guests with hearing or vision impairments. Please let us know your preferred communication method when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.
