Our Service Dog & Accessibility Policy

At SoliVana Wellness, we are proud to welcome all guests—including those with disabilities—in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act.

– Service dogs are welcome throughout our spa.
– Some treatment rooms contain sensitive wellness equipment, so we may need to make special arrangements for certain services.
– Just let us know which treatment you’re booking, and we’ll work with you to ensure your visit is safe, comfortable, and fully supportive of your needs.

Because many of our guests come to SoliVana seeking respiratory, immune, or allergy support, it helps us to plan ahead. If you’re bringing a service dog, simply let us know when scheduling your appointment—so we can make any necessary accommodations in advance.

Please note: Emotional support animals- if they are not trained service animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under the ADA, and are not permitted in treatment areas.

Our goal is to make every guest feel welcome, respected, and cared for. We’re here to support your wellness journey—every step of the way.
