Pressotherapy compression suit, is a non-invasive lymphatic drainage massage treatment that stimulates healthy functioning of the lymphatic system, clearing away toxins, and easing pain.
Pressotherapy, also called lymphatic drainage therapy, uses controlled air pressure to deliver a gentle, rhythmic compression to specific areas of the body, such as the arms, legs, and abdomen. This alternation between compression and decompression stimulates the lymphatic system, improving circulation and promoting the removal of toxins and excess fluids from the body.
By enhancing lymph flow and boosting blood circulation, pressotherapy supports the body’s natural detoxification processes. It’s commonly used to reduce water retention, alleviate swelling, and target cellulite, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed, and revitalized.
Pressotherapy session lasts for 45 minutes and you do not need to remove your clothes. The technician will help you get into the garment (which looks sort of like an astronaut’s space suit). The garment has tubes on it that are hooked up to a computerized air pressure machine. The garment will inflate with air and you will feel a squeezing sensation that should feel like comfortable pressure.
Your body may feel light afterward, and some people feel they have to urinate right away, which could be due to the movement of water in the body.
The frequency of pressotherapy sessions depends on individual needs and goals.
For general wellness and detoxification, 1-2 sessions per week are ideal.
Those targeting specific concerns like cellulite, swelling, or post-surgery recovery may benefit from more frequent sessions, such as 2-3 times per week initially, tapering to maintenance sessions every few weeks.
Regular treatments enhance long-term results
Pressotherapy enhances lymphatic system function, promoting efficient fluid drainage, toxin elimination, and tissue regeneration. By preventing fluid buildup, it helps combat premature aging and supports overall skin vitality and rejuvenation.
Experience deep relaxation as Pressotherapy gently compresses and massages your body, relieving tension, reducing stress, and enhancing your overall sense of well-being in just one session.
The rhythmic compression excellent for easing muscle tension, relieving stiffness and promoting endorphin release. It's like a gentle massage that soothes and loosens up tense areas, ideal for post-workout recovery or stress relief.
Improve your sleep quality as Pressotherapy calms the nervous system, reduces fluid retention, and soothes the body, creating the perfect conditions for restful, uninterrupted sleep.
Regular pressotherapy sessions can give your immune system a boost. By improving lymphatic flow, it helps the body get rid of toxins and waste more efficiently, strengthening your immunity and enhancing your body's natural defense mechanisms.
By enhancing lymphatic circulation, pressotherapy reduces swelling and aids in detoxifying the body. This treatment stimulates the natural flow making it vital for maintaining good health.
Our Pressotherapy sessions are 45 minutes.
It’s best to wear comfortable, loose-fitting long sleeved shirt and pants for the session, preferably not jeans.
During the session, you will feel slight pulsing and hugging sensations as the air chambers of the compression suit fill and release. It is a very soothing experience and not at all uncomfortable.
It is a good idea to stay hydrated before and after the Pressotherapy session as it will help improve circulation and the effectiveness of the treatment.
Most people feel very relaxed and rejuvenated after a session. You may notice your body feels lighter. It’s also common to feel more energized, as the therapy boosts circulation and reduces feelings of sluggishness.
Yes, Pressotherapy is an excellent post-workout recovery treatment. It can help alleviate muscle soreness, reduce swelling, and promote faster recovery by improving circulation and lymphatic drainage.
Pressotherapy is not a weight loss treatment on its own, but it can help with reducing bloating and water retention which can lead to a more toned appearance. Pressotherapy promotes detoxification and can aid in improving overall body contours when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise.
Pressotherapy is generally very safe for most people. However, it’s important to consult with a healthcare provider before using if you have any special health conditions such as blood circulation disorders, heart conditions, or kidney issues.

Beth Mattsson - She-HerDecember 2, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This spa is beautiful and serene and offers a variety of great wellness treatments. So far I have tried the float and the PEMF and enjoyed both so much. I will definitely be back. The owner Natasha is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She is a trained energy healer and intuitively picked up on two problem areas I have. She was spot on and I look forward to booking an energy healing session with her soon. Natasha was incredibly nice. Despite us arriving late, she graciously allowed us to use all the therapies we had booked and even extended our time in the sauna. The entire facility was spotless, with top-notch equipment. Natasha patiently explained each treatment to us, ensuring we felt comfortable. The whole experience was exceptionally relaxing, with no sense of being rushed at any point. Thank you! Sheetal PrasadNovember 18, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I drove here from the East Bay bc I really needed to relax. I really like how they let me stay in the salt room for a while bc they were not busy. I wanted to try out other treatments, like a 15 minute sampler, but they said they couldn’t do that. I understood bc I think they got busy when I asked for a 15 minute sampler, or maybe they just stopped doing that? The front desk lady was great. She had amazing vibes. I felt like the location was a bit random and another lady I was with in the salt room agreed with me. Overall, I had a good experience. I think I would go again, but I’d be conscious on what time to go.
After just one session of Floating Therapy, I felt as if a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. For the first time in months, I slept like a baby and the next day, I was able to handle my stressor much better. What an amazing experience! Definitely coming back.
I recently had a chance to try out a floating session at the newly opened SoliVana Spa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and restorative experience. The space is meticulously clean (which is a must for me), and the entire experience is well thought through and organized.
What an experience!! It was my first time using a floating pod. The feeling was amazing.I floated on my back and on the stomach too. Didn't want to get out. After I felt so light, skin so soft. The spa design is very welcoming. Definitely coming back as a regular customer.
I have chronic anxiety, and nothing ever worked for me until Floating Therapy. The benefits I've reaped from my sessions have been invaluable. I finally felt at ease. And I wholeheartedly recommend this oasis to anyone seeking a true respite from issues similar to mine.
