Pressotherapy

Detox. Relax. Heal.

Pressotherapy compression suit, is a non-invasive lymphatic drainage massage treatment that stimulates healthy functioning of the lymphatic system, clearing away toxins, and easing pain.

what is pressotherapy?

Pressotherapy, also called lymphatic drainage therapy, uses controlled air pressure to deliver a gentle, rhythmic compression to specific areas of the body, such as the arms, legs, and abdomen. This alternation between compression and decompression stimulates the lymphatic system, improving circulation and promoting the removal of toxins and excess fluids from the body.

A SOOTHING SQUEEZE

By enhancing lymph flow and boosting blood circulation, pressotherapy supports the body’s natural detoxification processes. It’s commonly used to reduce water retention, alleviate swelling, and target cellulite, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed, and revitalized.

what to expect

Pressotherapy session lasts for 60 minutes and you do not need to remove your clothes. The technician will help you get into the garment (which looks sort of like an astronaut’s space suit). The garment has tubes on it that are hooked up to a computerized air pressure machine. The garment will inflate with air and you will feel a squeezing sensation that should feel like comfortable pressure.

Your body may feel light afterward, and some people feel they have to urinate right away, which could be due to the movement of water in the body.

reccomended frequency

The frequency of pressotherapy sessions depends on individual needs and goals.

For general wellness and detoxification, 1-2 sessions per week are ideal.

Those targeting specific concerns like cellulite, swelling, or post-surgery recovery may benefit from more frequent sessions, such as 2-3 times per week initially, tapering to maintenance sessions every few weeks.

Regular treatments enhance long-term results
