Embracing Wellness as the Seasons Change

Halotherapy is not an established treatment for asthma, allergies, bronchitis or infection. Ask your clinician about respiratory concerns before booking, and keep prescribed treatment unchanged. A salt-room visit should not be used to decide whether breathing symptoms need care.

REST Float offers time in warm water saturated with Epsom salt, with lighting and music under your control. The salt makes the water buoyant; the attraction is the unusual sensation of being supported while you take a break from screens and conversation.

Preparing for Your Visit

Choose a REST Float length that fits your day: 45, 60, 75, 90 or 120 minutes, at standard prices of $110, $130, $150, $170 or $210 respectively. Leave time around the water portion for showering and changing, and avoid rushing straight into another commitment.

Before heat or cold exposure, consult your clinician about cardiovascular conditions, blood-pressure disorders, medications or pregnancy. Do not use a plunge to test whether symptoms will go away. Bring questions about entry, exit and time between the sauna and water.

The small Fire & Ice room accommodates 1–2 people for 45, 60 or 90 minutes. The large room accommodates up to 4 people for 60 minutes, with a 30-minute extension available. Choose the room and time around your party rather than an assumed health target.

Making Time for the Experience

Fire & Ice Contrast pairs an infrared sauna with a 48–54°F cold plunge in a private suite. It is a distinctly different experience from a steam bath: compare how you feel about dry warmth and cold water before deciding which setting appeals to you.

Salt Room Halotherapy is a fully clothed, 60-minute visit in a communal Himalayan salt room that may be shared with other guests. The first 30 minutes include fine, dry salt aerosol; the final 30 minutes are for resting with the disperser off.

Wear comfortable, light-coloured clothing and skip heavily perfumed products. Salt may leave a light dust on dark fabric. This is a dry, seated experience, so choose it for the atmosphere and unhurried time rather than expecting the sensation of a sauna or float.
