Gift card questions
How are gift cards delivered?
Gift cards are delivered by email — instantly after purchase, or on a date you schedule at checkout. You can print the email, forward it, or share the gift card code directly.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Solivana gift cards never expire and can be redeemed whenever the recipient is ready.
Can gift cards be used for any service?
Dollar-amount gift cards are redeemable in person or online for any Solivana experience. Specific-experience gift cards cover the named service.
What is the difference between a dollar amount and a specific experience gift card?
Dollar-amount cards can be applied toward any service. Specific-experience cards prepay for the named experience, such as a 60-minute REST Float or Fire & Ice for Two.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable. See our return and cancellation policy for full details.
How do recipients book with a gift card?
Recipients enter the gift card code at checkout when booking online, or present it at 1922 El Camino Real, Redwood City for in-person redemption.
