Rollover is a member benefit
Unused membership credits roll over for up to 90 days from issue only while your membership is active. All unused membership credits are forfeited immediately when your cancellation takes effect. There is no post-cancellation redemption period.
If credits are building up, contact us before cancelling. We can help you schedule visits, share eligible credits with a guest, or discuss a pause if you qualify. Use your credits before the cancellation takes effect.

How do I book with credits?
Use your member portal or online booking. Call or text 650-564-4325 if you need help applying credits.
Can I share credits with a guest?
Yes. Tell us when booking so we allocate the credit correctly.
Can I pause my membership?
After the first three months, you may pause once per calendar year for up to 30 days. Contact us at least seven days before your next billing date.
Will my price change?
Your price is locked for 12 months. Any later price change is communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
How do I cancel?
After the three-month minimum, email info@solivana.com from your account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Unused credits are forfeited immediately at that point, with no refund or redemption window.
Can I cancel during the first three months?
Early cancellation is available only for medical reasons or moving out of the area. Request it by email. See the full membership policy.
What if credits are building up?
Before cancelling, use your credits, share them with a guest, or ask about a pause if eligible. Separately purchased packages, programs and gift cards are not affected by membership cancellation.
What does the monthly scan show?
A body-composition scan estimates metrics such as lean mass and hydration. Results vary with conditions and are not a medical diagnosis. The Practice also includes a BioEnergetics wellness assessment. Ask the team how results are stored and retained.
