1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SoliVana Wellness Spa (“SoliVana,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Inner Light Wellness LLC, a California limited liability company. By accessing our website at solivana.com, booking services, purchasing memberships or packages, or visiting our spa located at 1922 El Camino Real, Redwood City, CA 94063, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services

SoliVana Wellness Spa offers a variety of wellness therapies and services, including but not limited to:

  • Float Therapy (sensory deprivation)
  • Fire & Ice (infrared sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy)
  • Pressotherapy (lymphatic compression therapy)
  • Bioenergetics and energy healing
  • Bioresonance therapy
  • NeuroVIZR sessions
  • rTMS/EMTT therapy
  • Bowen Therapy
  • Additional wellness services as offered from time to time

Services are subject to availability and may be modified, added, or discontinued at our discretion. Service descriptions on our website are for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

3. Health Disclaimer

SoliVana Wellness Spa services are not medical treatments. Our therapies are wellness-oriented and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You should consult with your physician before beginning any new wellness regimen, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.
  • Float therapy involves Epsom salt immersion and sensory deprivation, which may not be suitable for individuals with certain skin conditions, epilepsy, kidney disease, or open wounds.
  • Fire & Ice contrast therapy involves exposure to high heat and extreme cold, which may not be suitable for individuals with cardiovascular conditions, blood pressure disorders, or temperature sensitivity.
  • Pressotherapy involves mechanical compression and is not suitable for individuals with deep vein thrombosis, blood clots, active infections, or certain circulatory conditions.
  • You are solely responsible for determining whether any service is appropriate for your health condition.
  • SoliVana and its staff are not liable for any adverse effects or injury resulting from the use of our services.

4. Memberships

4a. Membership Plans

SoliVana offers membership plans that provide access to our services at discounted rates. Membership details, pricing, and included services are described at the time of enrollment and may vary by plan.

4b. Billing and Auto-Renewal

All memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize SoliVana to charge your payment method on file on your billing date each month. Memberships auto-renew until cancelled by you.

4c. Minimum Commitment

Certain membership plans require a minimum commitment period (e.g., 3 months). Cancellation requests submitted before the minimum commitment has been fulfilled will take effect at the end of the minimum term. No refunds will be issued for the remaining months of a minimum commitment period.

4d. Session Credits

Monthly session credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent months. Unused credits are forfeited. It is the member’s responsibility to book and use their session credits within each billing period.

4e. Cancellation

After fulfilling any minimum commitment period, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@solivana.com or by calling (650) 564-4325. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4f. Rate Changes

SoliVana reserves the right to change membership pricing at any time. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increase. Members enrolled under promotional or locked-rate offers will retain their agreed-upon rate for the duration of their continuous membership, unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.

5. Packages and Gift Cards

Service packages and prepaid credits are non-refundable after purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Package credits do not expire unless specified in the package terms. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and are subject to the terms printed on the card or communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

6a. Appointments

All services require an appointment. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

6b. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the session credit or a late cancellation fee equal to the full session value.

6c. No-Shows

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the session credit or a charge equal to the full session value. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.

6d. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the remaining time without reduction in price. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to treat the appointment as a no-show.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service or at the time of membership enrollment or package purchase. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). SoliVana does not store your full credit card information on our servers.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information on file is current and valid. Failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until payment is successfully processed.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Memberships are non-refundable except as provided by specific promotional guarantees (e.g., 30-day satisfaction guarantees, where applicable). Refund requests under promotional guarantees must be made within the stated timeframe by contacting info@solivana.com.

9. Facility Rules and Conduct

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all clients, the following rules apply while on SoliVana premises:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has signed a consent form.
  • You must complete an intake form and sign a liability waiver before your first session.
  • Arrive clean and showered before float therapy and other hydrotherapy services.
  • Do not use our services under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair your judgment or physical ability.
  • Please silence your phone and speak softly in common areas to maintain a peaceful environment.
  • SoliVana reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with facility rules, behaves in a disruptive manner, or poses a health or safety risk to themselves, other clients, or staff.

10. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By using SoliVana’s services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the therapies and treatments you receive, including but not limited to risks of physical injury, allergic reaction, skin irritation, dizziness, fainting, or exacerbation of pre-existing conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless SoliVana Wellness Spa, Inner Light Wellness LLC, its owners, officers, employees, independent contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of our services or facilities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on solivana.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, branding, page design, and multimedia — is the property of Inner Light Wellness LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from our website without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from SoliVana Wellness Spa, including appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, wellness updates, membership information, and occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies; typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out of promotional messages will not affect transactional communications related to your appointments or membership.

13a. SMS Communication Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive communications, you consent to receive SMS messages from SoliVana Wellness related to appointments, promotions, membership updates, and service notifications.

Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at (650) 564-4325.

13b. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is not guaranteed by SoliVana Wellness. SoliVana Wellness is not responsible for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to transmission by your mobile carrier network.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website and operations may use third-party services including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing), FloatHelm (booking), GoHighLevel (marketing and communications), and Google Analytics (website analytics). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. SoliVana is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, SoliVana Wellness Spa and Inner Light Wellness LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, website, or facilities, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to SoliVana in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of SoliVana’s services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us directly at info@solivana.com and engaging in good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed waivers or membership agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and SoliVana Wellness Spa regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
