Experience packages like Escape for Two are designed for pairs. Single-experience packs are tied to one account but can be gifted before activation.
How do I book experiences with my package credits?
After purchase, your credits appear in your FloatHelm account. Book each experience online like any other appointment, and the credit is applied automatically at checkout.
Are packages refundable?
