What is The Starter Three?
$249 for three 60-minute sessions — REST Float, Fire & Ice Solo and Pressotherapy, mixed and matched — for first-time clients only, one pack per person. Sessions run Monday–Thursday only, all three expire 60 days from purchase, and the pack can't be combined with other codes or membership credits.
Do package credits expire?
No. Sampler and regular package credits never expire. The one exception is The Starter Three, whose three sessions expire 60 days from purchase.
Can I mix and match experiences within a package?
Yes. Most single-experience packs and program packages let you choose which specific experience to book for each credit, unless otherwise noted.
Can I share a package with someone else?
Experience packages like Escape for Two are designed for pairs. Single-experience packs are tied to one account but can be gifted before activation.
How do I book experiences with my package credits?
After purchase, your credits appear in your FloatHelm account. Book each experience online like any other appointment, and the credit is applied automatically at checkout.
Are packages refundable?
Packages are non-refundable but never expire. If you have a special circumstance, contact us at 650-564-4325 and we'll do our best to help.
What's the difference between a program and an experience pack?
Programs are outcome-driven, multi-week sequences designed to solve a specific problem. Experience packs are flexible bundles of a single experience for a consistent routine.
