SoliVana Wellness Spa ("SoliVana," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to transparent communication. This SMS Opt-In Policy explains how we collect your consent to send text messages, what types of messages you may receive, and how to manage or withdraw your consent at any time. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to the terms described below.

Program Description

SoliVana operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients, members, and prospective guests. Messages are sent from our business number 650-564-4325 and may include:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notifications
  • Membership status updates, renewal reminders, and credit balance alerts
  • Promotional offers, seasonal specials, and new service announcements
  • Responses to inbound inquiries submitted via our website contact form or intake forms
  • Group experience confirmations and event updates
  • Operational notices (e.g., schedule changes, holiday hours)

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month depending on your membership status and communication preferences. Promotional messages are sent less frequently.

How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from SoliVana through any of the following methods:

  • Website forms: By submitting your phone number via our booking, contact, or inquiry forms and checking the SMS consent checkbox
  • In-spa intake forms: By providing your mobile number and initialing the SMS consent section on your new client intake paperwork
  • Text-to-join: By texting JOIN to 650-564-4325
  • Verbal consent: By verbally confirming your consent to receive texts when speaking with a SoliVana team member, followed by written confirmation

Your consent is voluntary. You are not required to opt in to SMS communications as a condition of purchasing any service, membership, or product from SoliVana.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile number provided, and that you are 18 years of age or older.

How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving SMS messages from SoliVana at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message from us
  • Call or text us at 650-564-4325 and request to be removed from our SMS list
  • Email us at solivana@podium.email with your request
  • Speak with a team member in person at 1922 El Camino Real, Redwood City, CA 94063

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive service from SoliVana or access your account.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. SoliVana does not charge any fee for participation in our SMS program.

Our SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier availability may vary. We are not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or network conditions.

For questions about your carrier's messaging rates, please contact your carrier directly.

Privacy & Data Use

Your mobile phone number and consent status are stored securely in our client management system. We use this information solely to send you the messages described in this policy.

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with service providers who assist us in operating our SMS platform (such as our messaging platform provider), strictly for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf and subject to confidentiality obligations.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this SMS Opt-In Policy by reference.

Changes to This Policy

SoliVana reserves the right to update or modify this SMS Opt-In Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where required by applicable law, notify you via SMS or other appropriate means.

Your continued participation in our SMS program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please opt out using the methods described in Section 04.

Legal Compliance

Our SMS program is operated in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA guidelines, and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requirements.

By opting in, you provide prior express written consent to receive autodialed or pre-recorded marketing text messages from SoliVana at the mobile number you provided. This consent is not a condition of any purchase.
