What happens
Rest on a mat that produces pulsed electromagnetic fields. This is a wellness session, not a diagnosis or treatment.
Before you reserve
Before booking, ask the team and your clinician about suitability with any implanted device, medical condition, pregnancy or medication. Device-specific screening should happen before use. We can't book anyone in their first trimester for any experience. Later in pregnancy, check with your OB/GYN or midwife before booking.
These are wellness services, not medical treatment. Tell staff about health and accessibility needs before paying. Ask about total arrival-to-departure time, staff assistance, stopping early and any adjustments you need.

Your visit
Do I need a membership to book?
No. Every experience can be booked on its own, with no membership and no commitment.
How do I book?
Book online at solivanaspa.floathelm.com/booking, or call or text 650-564-4325. A credit card is required to book, and we ask for at least 24 hours' notice for changes.
Do I need to bring anything?
No. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and there is a hair dryer in the changing room. The clothing note for this experience is above under "What to bring".
Are sessions private?
Most experiences take place in one of our nine private suites, so the space is entirely yours. Halotherapy is the exception: the salt room is a communal room shared with up to eight guests.
Will someone be with me during my experience?
Your room is set before you arrive, and a member of our team is on the floor the whole time. You will see them when you want them, and not before.
Can I set the temperature and the lighting?
In your own suite, yes — the temperature, the lighting and how long you stay in are yours to decide. Shared-room and practitioner-led sessions are set with the team.
Do you accept HSA or FSA?
Many clients successfully use HSA/FSA cards for our services. We recommend checking with your plan administrator, as coverage varies by provider.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, 11:00am–8:00pm, and Sunday, 10:00am–6:00pm.
Is there parking?
Yes. We offer free street parking and nearby lots.
The Sampler
What is the Solivana Sampler?
Four experiences: a 45-minute Mini Float, a 45-minute Fire & Ice Solo, 60 minutes of Halotherapy and 60 minutes of Pressotherapy. It is the easiest way to discover what your body responds to.
Do Sampler credits expire?
No. Your four Sampler credits never expire.
How do I book my Sampler experiences?

What comes after the Sampler?
When you are ready to make it monthly, The Start is $145 a month for one Core and one Signature experience, and The Pause is $180 a month for two Core experiences. Both include a monthly Body Composition Scan and unlimited Vibration Plate sessions, with credits that roll over for 90 days.
