Red Light

Red light: twenty warm minutes in front of the panel

Red Light

What it is

Red light sessions use panels that emit visible red (660 nm) and near-infrared (850 nm) light. You spend 20 minutes in front of the light in a private room, wearing protective eyewear.

The scientific term is photobiomodulation: using low-level light on the skin.

Why people love it

It feels like sitting in a warm sunset. Twenty minutes, no downtime, and you can walk straight back into your day.

People who care about their skin like that it is effortless to keep up — consistency is what matters, and twenty minutes is easy to book twice a week.

These are the same warm wavelengths that make a sunset look the way it does, and they have been studied for skin appearance and muscle recovery.
