Start with what is making daily life difficult and what support is available. Reduce optional demands where possible and protect time away from work. Choose a comfortable wellness experience as a pause, not a protocol to cure burnout.
Use “reset” as a metaphor for taking a break, not a clinical burnout protocol. Solivana experiences do not establish improved HRV, restored cognitive capacity or measurable physiological resilience. Consider workplace demands and qualified support alongside optional wellness time.
Making Time for the Experience
- Start with what is making daily life difficult and what support is available.
- Reduce optional demands where possible and protect time away from work. Choose a comfortable wellness experience as a pause, not a protocol to cure burnout.
Choose one manageable change and reassess how it fits your week, without expecting a fixed result from a session.
Leave a little space between the end of work and the start of a visit, so the journey itself does not become another deadline.
A useful reflection is whether the setting suited you and whether you would enjoy returning, rather than whether you met a physiological target.
Check the current booking menu and membership terms before committing. Compare the actual session and scheduling value, not a projected health or productivity return. HSA or FSA eligibility depends on individual plan rules and should not be assumed.
Track HRV only as one personal trend, using a consistent device and measurement routine. Exercise, illness, sleep and measurement conditions can affect readings. A single number cannot diagnose burnout, determine neural health or prove a session benefit.
Precautions Before Booking
Photobiomodulation research examines particular light sources, doses and outcomes. A mechanism discussed in that research does not establish benefits for the device or session offered here. For a Red Light Experience, follow the actual device instructions, including eye protection guidance, and check photosensitivity and medication concerns beforehand.
REST Float offers buoyant, low-stimulation time away from screens and conversation. Let your attention settle without trying to achieve a particular mental state. Floating is available from age 14; guests under 18 require a guardian. The salt water is part of the setting, not an established way to supplement magnesium.
Fire & Ice Contrast offers a small suite for 1–2 people with 45-, 60- or 90-minute bookings, or a large suite for up to 4 people with a 60-minute booking and an optional 30-minute extension. The booking duration is not a prescription for continuous heat or cold exposure. Choose a pace that follows the experience instructions, without treating discomfort as a goal.
Choosing Your Visit
Review the selected experience’s preparation instructions before arriving and leave time for changing and questions. Tell staff about relevant restrictions. Do not assume the length or amenities of one experience apply to another; use the current booking details.
Check eligibility before booking. Solivana offers no experiences during the first trimester and no Pressotherapy during any pregnancy. Ask your clinician about participation if you have a health condition or relevant medication; staff can explain the experience but cannot provide medical clearance.
Ask about the float environment before reserving and let staff know if enclosed spaces concern you. Do not assume the canopy can be adjusted. Participation is a personal comfort choice, and you can end the experience if you feel uncomfortable.
