Fire & Ice Experience — also known as contrast experience — combines the deep, penetrating heat of a full-spectrum infrared sauna with the invigorating chill of a cold plunge to revitalize both body and mind. The infrared sauna supports circulation, promotes sweating, and helps muscles unwind, while the cold plunge supports the body's natural anti-inflammatory response, tightens skin, and activates the nervous system. Alternating between these two environments creates a powerful physiological response that many clients experience as deeply restorative. Our sauna also features built-in red light experience to support skin wellness and collagen production.

No swimming ability needed. The cold plunge is a pool-like tub you sit or stand in — it's not a swimming pool. Depth is approximately 4 feet.
The cold plunge is maintained between 50–60°F (10–15°C). This is the range commonly used in contrast experience protocols. If you have cold sensitivity or any cardiovascular condition, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

A swimsuit or athletic wear. Towels are provided. You may also bring a robe for between rounds. We have private changing rooms available.
Yes — the Fire & Ice experience includes full access to both. You can choose your own protocol. However, the contrast cycling tends to deliver the most pronounced effects for most clients.
