Two ways to spend the three and a half hours. Both open the same way, in the salt room, together.

Package A — Float & Restore
For those who crave deep stillness.
- Himalayan Salt Room — 30 min, all together. Breathe, arrive, settle in.
- NeuroVIZR Brain Reset — 30 min, all together. Light and sound to quiet the mind.
- Float, Round 1 — persons 1–3 in the private float tanks for 60 minutes while persons 4–6 rotate through Red Light and PEMF, 20 minutes each.
- Float, Round 2 — persons 4–6 float for 60 minutes while persons 1–3 rotate through Red Light and PEMF.
- Group Lounge — 30 min, all together. Tea, water, decompress.
Package B — Fire & Reset
Heat, cold and contrast, together.
- Himalayan Salt Room — 30 min, all together. The calm before the contrast.
- NeuroVIZR Brain Reset — 30 min, all together. Prime your nervous system.
- Fire & Ice Contrast — 60 min, both suites at once: the large suite for four people, the small for two. Same party only, always private.
- Red Light & PEMF — all six rotate, 20 minutes per person. Seals in the contrast recovery.
- Group Lounge — 30 min, all together. Tea, water, decompress.
Both packages are $599 per person. A $300 deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due on arrival.
Groups of seven to ten: every room runs at once during the private rounds — one guest in Pressotherapy, three in the float tanks, two in the small Fire & Ice suite and four in the large suite. The rooms change hands at the hour, so each guest moves through more than one.

Himalayan Salt Room
A microclimate of Himalayan salt that supports clearer airways, eases irritation, and begins calming the nervous system. Your opening ritual as a group: the moment the day falls away. Group · 30 min · both packages.
NeuroVIZR Brain Reset
Light and sound neurostimulation that shifts the brain into theta and alpha states, the same frequency as deep meditation. No experience needed — just close your eyes and let go. Group · 30 min · both packages.
Float
1,100 lbs of Epsom salt in a zero-gravity private suite. No sound, no light, no gravity. The nervous system finally exhales. Three private tanks, so each person floats alone, together. Private · 60 min · Package A.
Fire & Ice Contrast
Infrared sauna to deeply heat the body, then cold plunge to activate the system into recovery. Eases irritation, boosts circulation, leaves you feeling electric. Same party only, and always private. Private suites · 60 min · Package B.
Red Light
Photobiomodulation that eases irritation and supports cellular repair at the mitochondrial level. Twenty minutes your body will quietly thank you for the next day. Individual · 20 min · both packages.
PEMF
Pulsed electromagnetic field experience that works at the cellular level to ease discomfort, restore energy, and support deep recovery. Lie back, feel nothing, recover everything. Individual · 20 min · both packages.
Cancellations
- 7 or more days before — full deposit refund

What is the Half-Day Reset?
A private wellness experience for groups of up to 10 people: three to three and a half hours of science-backed recovery in our Redwood City centre, with every room held for your group alone.
How do I book?

Which package should we choose?
Float & Restore emphasises deep stillness with float, salt room, NeuroVIZR, red light and PEMF. Fire & Reset pairs infrared sauna and cold plunge with the same supporting modalities. If the group would rather heat and cold than weightlessness, take Package B.
How much does it cost?
Each package is $599 per person. A $300 deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due on arrival.
Anything to know about the float?
We ask for at least three weeks between colouring your hair and your float. Fresh colour can bleed or fade in the salt water, and if colour still runs when you rinse, it needs a little longer. Plan your float for three weeks after your colour appointment and it will be waiting for you.
Can we add extra experiences?
Yes. Optional add-ons include Pressotherapy, Extra Float, EMTT and a Body Composition Scan, available per person.
When are start times available?
Start times typically run at 11am, 1pm or 3pm, subject to availability. We recommend booking early, since we host only one group per week.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations seven or more days before receive a full deposit refund, two to six days before receive a 50% refund, and 24 hours or less — or a no-show — is charged the full experience amount.
How is this different from a Private Party or a Buyout?
A Private Party is two hours and three experiences for up to six people, at $1,150 for the group. The Half-Day Reset is three and a half hours through every room, priced per person. For six hours and the whole building, see the Full Buyout.
