Halotherapy Experience (salt experience) involves breathing in professional-quality sodium chloride in a controlled environment — our Himalayan salt room. A halogenerator crushes pure salt into tiny particles (1–5 microns) that move through the respiratory tract and settle on the skin. Salt is naturally cleansing and calming. When inhaled, these micro-particles create a uniquely supportive environment for the airways and skin — promoting comfort, clarity, and ease of breathing. Rooted in centuries of Eastern European speleotherapy (salt cave tradition), halotherapy has a growing body of research exploring its potential wellness benefits.

Is halotherapy safe for children?

Halotherapy is generally considered a gentle, natural wellness experience. However, if your child has a respiratory or skin condition, please consult their pediatrician before booking. We recommend children under 12 are accompanied by a parent or guardian during their experience.

Will I taste or smell the salt?

You may notice a very subtle, faintly salty taste in the air. The concentration is far below any level that would cause discomfort. The room smells clean and neutral.

Can I do halotherapy if I have a respiratory infection?

Please wait until acute infections — such as flu, active COVID, or any illness with fever — have fully passed before booking. We want to protect both you and other guests. Halotherapy is best suited for ongoing wellness support, not acute illness.

Is it messy? Will salt get on my clothes?

The micro-particles are invisible and leave no visible residue on clothing. You may notice your skin feels slightly smoother after an experience — the salt settles gently on exposed skin during your time in the room.

Can I combine halotherapy with float experience?

Yes, and it's a wonderful pairing. Many clients do halotherapy before their float to promote relaxed, open breathing going into their experience. Ask our team about combination experience options.
