For six hours, every room belongs to your people. Five rooms, up to 10 guests, and not a stranger in the building.
Heat and cold in the contrast suites. Warm, faintly mineral air in the salt room. Float water with nothing in it but silence. Every room runs at once, in an order we arrange around your group long before anyone arrives, so every guest always has somewhere lovely to be. Six hours later, the room sounds different.
The rooms
Five spaces, one group
Here is exactly what each room holds, so you can plan your group with confidence.
- Himalayan Salt Room — 8 at once. Halotherapy for eight together. It is also the NeuroVIZR room, where all eight units run at once.
- Large Fire & Ice Suite — 4 at once. Sauna and cold immersion, one party at a time.
- Small Fire & Ice Suite — 2 at once. The same contrast format, sized for a pair.
- Float Tanks — 3 at once. Three private tanks of weightless, silent water, and an hour that is entirely your own.
- Therapy Room — 1 guest per hour. Pressotherapy, PEMF, EMTT, energy healing or a BioEnergetics scan.
How the day runs
0:00 — Arrive, settle in. Warm tea, robes, and a few unhurried minutes while we walk everyone through the day. Then the group spreads across the five rooms.
0:15 — First rotation. Some in the glow of the salt room, some in the contrast suites, others weightless in the float tanks or in the therapy room. Every guest is somewhere good.
1:15 — The rooms change hands. Roughly every hour, those who floated move into the salt air, the suites are reset and warmed again, and the therapy room welcomes its next guest. With six hours, nobody is rushed.
5:30 — Close together. Everyone gathers back in the salt room for the last thirty minutes, the one part of the day the whole group shares at once.
Smaller group, same building? The rotation gets slower and everyone gets more of each room.
What a buyout includes
- Every room in the building, for your group only, for six hours
- Staff in all five spaces, looking after every guest
- A rotation built for your headcount before you arrive
- Robes, towels, water and tea throughout
- Optional: a guided open or close, with breathwork, sound, or a short talk from Natasha
What people book it for
- A team of up to ten after a launch, a close, or a quarter nobody wants to relive
- A milestone birthday, with everyone you would want in the room
- A wedding party the day before, somewhere calm enough to actually talk
- An offsite afternoon the team will genuinely look forward to
- A founder group that has been meaning to do something together for two years
Smaller group? Two to four books a Fire & Ice suite straight off the menu; up to six for two hours is a Private Party, and up to ten who want the long version is the Half-Day Reset. Booking for a company on a weekday, or want us at your office? That is corporate wellness.
Questions
How many people fit?
Up to 10 guests. The rooms themselves hold eight in the salt room, four in the large contrast suite, two in the small, three in the float tanks and one in the therapy room, so across six hours every guest moves through every room at an unhurried pace.
What does a buyout cost?
It is quoted rather than listed, because it depends on headcount, how many hours you hold the building, and whether you want food, a guided open, or a facilitator. A buyout is priced below booking every room individually, and includes staffing in every room. Send us the details and we will come back with a figure.
How long is a buyout?
Six hours — long enough for every guest to move through every room without watching the clock.
Can we bring food and drink?
Food, gladly. Tell us what you have in mind and we will make room for it in the day. Alcohol is the one thing we cannot accommodate, in any form and at any hour. Solivana is an alcohol-free centre, and that holds for private bookings too.
Does everyone have to do everything?
Not at all. The cold is an invitation, never an instruction, and the same goes for the float tanks. Anyone who would rather stay in the warm salt air the whole day is having exactly the right day. The rotation gives the day its shape, and each guest moves through it at their own pace.
How far ahead do we need to book?
As much notice as you can give us, particularly for a weekend. We close the calendar to everyone else for your block, so the date is confirmed once the deposit is in. Tell us the date you have in mind and we will be straight with you about what is open.
What if we are only five or six people?
Then you have gentler options. Up to six people for two hours is a Private Party at $1,150 for the group, and up to ten who want the long version is the Half-Day Reset: three and a half hours through every room as a private group, at $599 each.
How is this different from Corporate Wellness?
Corporate Wellness comes to you: we bring the wellness room to your office for a six-hour day, with red light therapy, PEMF and NeuroVIZR, for $5,000. A buyout brings your group here, to our rooms, for a private six-hour day.
