What Solivana offers
Fire & Ice Contrast
Alternate between an infrared sauna and a cold plunge in a suite private to your booking. Choose a small private room for 1–2 guests with 45-, 60- or 90-minute appointments, or a large private room for up to 4 guests with a 60-minute appointment extendable to 90 minutes. Check current room availability and prices when booking.
REST Float
Float in warm water saturated with Epsom salt in a private solo suite, with lighting and music you control. Sessions range from 45 to 120 minutes; available options and prices are shown at booking.
A communal salt room
The Salt Room Halotherapy takes place in a Himalayan salt room that may be shared with other guests. Not every Solivana experience is private.
Plan around your preferences
Explore wellness experiences and assessments, including Red Light, PEMF Magnetic Mat and Private Consultation. Separate experiences require their own appointments. Ask our team about availability and timing before planning several sessions.
Compare current local menus
True REST Float Spa is not affiliated with Solivana. Offerings, privacy arrangements, membership terms and prices can vary by location. Review the official local menu rather than assuming that a brand offers only one type of experience.
